I bought some vape juice a new product next level rasberry and strawberry and lime was very harsh on my throut and wasnt very happy a waist of £25 but other things i by are very good

Usually impressed with Vape Town but not so on this occasion. Accidentally ordered the wrong Aspire product so went on to their website to see about returns. No obvious information available so tried to call. Lines are closed due to COVID. Really? Everyone else seems to be working. Finally emailed and 3 days later no response. It’s when things go wrong that you determine how good service truly is and on this occasion it’s been poor.

Am struggling with recent purchases and lack of support, recently bought products e mailed yourselves no response , bought new filters in shop my usual ones not in stock given replacement not really sure it’s background but was told did the same job but they are awful and not the same as my usual , up til recently found good service but lately it’s all gone wrong when you call number for help none available will have to think about alternative supplier

Hi Gayle. unfortunately our phone support system is temporarily unavailable due the Covid-19 pandemic for staffing and social distance reasons. We do however have our email support which is detailed on our phone line message and is monitored and responded to within 24 hours, please check your spam as sometimes emails can be put in there automatically. Ordered first class 6 days ago. Still not received it. Last order I placed I didn’t order it first class received it in 4 days. No point paying £3 for first class if it takes longer

I placed an order on 13th April. I received a confirmation email. But have heard nothing since. I emailed on 28th April to check my order, but have had no feedback, so I don’t even know if I’m going to receive my order. I understand things are up in the air, but let me know at least.

Hello Sorry you felt the need to review us at 2 stars. The country is in the middle of the Corona Virus pandemic and both ourselves and Royal Mail are trying our level best to ensure orders are both shipped and delivered as quick as possible. You elected to take the free shipping which is second class. Under normal circumstances you would expect your order to arrive between 3-5 working days. Since your order was placed on Tuesday 24/03/20 you should expect to receive it by the 31/3/20 at the latest but it may take slightly longer due to how busy Royal Mail are. Dissapointed recently. Bought 3 x Blue Slushie 10ml bottles. 2x12mg and 1x3mg and was dissapointed as the 12mg omes were clearly not as strong as 12mg. Went in and got one replaced and there was no difference. My partner can only take a 3mg and she thought the 12mg was a 3mg. I am disappointed because there seems to be a bit of a problem between strength standards.

I have not received a delivery date for the goods that I ordered on 5th December, let alone a delivery. I placed an order on-line because my local shop (Barnstaple) is incompetent & never has anything in stock that I want to buy. It would seem that incompetence is endemic at Vape Town.

Very disappointed, I ordered frosted green panels for my mod and the ones delivered were the frosted yellow. After 2 emails, 2 phone calls and one WhatsApp message I have been unable to get any response from Vape Town to get this sorted I aam going to have to resort to going through PayPal and had to get the correct panels from another company. Very poor customer service,

I placed an order on Saturday night and made a mistake by ordering a 0mg instead of a 6mg. I emailed on Sunday morning to explain what had happened and to change my order accordingly. I heard nothing. I then received an email saying that my order had been dispatched and the item was still saying 0mg so I emailed again to ensure my order would be correct when it arrived. I received no reply. The order arrived this morning - 3 working days after it was placed but the item is the 0mg version. It is a shame that customer services obviously do not communicate very well with dispatch as, although the mistake was mine initially, I would have thought my order could have been rectified as there was less than 12 hours (over Saturday night time) between me placing the order and sending an email explaining my mistake. This is such a shame as the selection of flavours is large, the product seems good and the delivery time was correct to the minimum days quoted.

I ordered 6 boxes of vape liquid called (Biggs) online for delivery they only sent me 5 boxes of biggs and another box liquid called bugsy I have tried to get into contact with vape town but their isn’t a contact number or even email

Don't buy online. My juice was 3months out of date and customer service never get back to you. Shame really as instore staff are great but with hours I work don't get to go in shop all that often
