“Best flavour of Virginia I've had compared to other outlets. Please don't ever change it. I accidentally ordered 0 m.g instead of my normal strength, so emailed Vape Town. I received a reply in less than 24 hours advising I could return them with a note explaining the above and within a few days they had exchanged, sent and I had received my normal strength. They have always treated my custom with respect and will continue to buy my vape oils and accessories from Vape Town”

“I want to thank the chap who served me last weekend. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he was the only one in the shop when I went in. I needed some advice as I'd been having problems with a coil in my vape. He took the time to talk to me so we could work out what the issue is and was able to provide a sound recommendation for a new one to try. His advice was spot on! The new coil works perfectly with the juice he also recommended to me. 5* from me!”

“Bought two vape liquids from Vape town recommended by server. These liquids was not what I normally have and did not taste great which meant I had to go back and buy two more. Why did you not do samples to try instead of wasting money not happy.”

“Great staff , but unfortunately I purchased some juice they recommended £22 . I don't think it good enough considering the price . Just recently purchased 10ml of Blackcurrant nic salts again weak flavour . The do have some great multibuy deals so give them a try .”

“I only like to vape light colour oil, was very disappointed with the raspberry one. Went to Vape Town in Plymouth only to find the shop had closed down. Email would have saved me the expense. Other than this I have had excellent service from Vape Town”
