“I have been using vape town for years customer service is outstanding.The only negative is your Plymouth branch has been shut down which is a really letdown for me as I like talking to the staff if I had any problems etc. It was a 10 mins walk away from my house now I have to use the website.”

“Excellent service from the guy that served me last week. I had no clue as I was a beginner vaper. I had to give up cigarettes for health reasons. Also I started with the disposable ones which where costing up to 12 pound a day. The guy suggested a vape and the best products for it. He explained how to set it up and how to use it was very helpful would highly recommend”

“Always had great customer service from these lot. The other day I perchased a caliburn from them and it hasnt stopped leaking since, I went in the day after and they were more than happy to help they gave me a new coil free of charge as they believed it was a dud. but sadly its still leaking, not what ide expect from a uwell product.”

“Really happy , I go to the Bletchley VapeTown , and everyone , who ever is in when I go there are so helpful , good advice on what flavours to try and new stuff coming out , always feel welcome , and all the products I’ve never had any problems with , really good vapes amd flavours , HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!”

“Horrible service to the point that I was still emailing them to say that the vape oil I bought wasn't tasting as described. In fact it didn't have any flavour, to which they decided to ignore me. Quick to take the money and as quick to disappear. Not professional at all. Will not buy from them at all.”

“Gutted that cant purchasde coils for rpm 160 that bought from store 12 months ago really disapionted to have bene told they were no longer a stockable item because new modles werw getting stocked even more dissapointed as mods which i used to use such as agess and smock which i was using 3 years ago still for sale on the shelves as recently bought a new pod to go with the mod that puechased in store As a customer envilved in the loyalty andpoints scheme i feel this is poor and dont see why i shouldnt be able to purchace post initial purchase maintance itemes to servicd and maintain an product purchased not so long ago Its not that i wouldnt change the device i use as have a number to chose from however this rpm mod suits purpose as am working in an industrial and hard wearing enviroment and chose this particluar devise for its robust tank and hard wearing capabilities which is ehy i purchased spare tank etc To now find am not able to relpace the coil is to be quite honest really dissapointing which is sadenning as have previously felt that both vapetown and certainly the staff at my local shop have been always previously more than helpfull with myself and other coustomers ive seen pass thorough the store”

“I have been using the same juice an the same shop for over 5years. I have always found all staff helpful an polite.they know what I have an my name.. it’s always prompted service ! The young girl who left but come back ( recently) is an amazing ! she will always good eye contact an always asked if there’s anything else she could help me with. Myself an my husband will not shop elsewhere. Even if we go away we stick up Brilliant staff , excellent customer service 5*”
