“Vapetown has got to be the best vape company I have ever dealt with. Delivery and customer service are excellent. Never any issues. I have noticed other company's creeping their prices up using cost of living crisis as an excuse, not these guys. Vapetowns prices have not changed in the two years I've been using them. Thoroughly recommend.”

“The staff at the Bletchley store are very unhelpful and rude. I had a vape sent back to the manufacturer and popped in for a update and they told me it wasn’t back and if I wanted any more information to call customer service but they wouldn’t tell me anything different. When I rung the customer service number the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and found out what was going on with my vape. He called me back and said it would be dropped at Bletchley that afternoon. When I collected my vape from Bletchley I wasn’t give any information and told it must be fixed because it was back.”

“I wanted to move from lost Mary disposables but really got on with them. The lovely gentleman in the shop was super knowledgeable and talked me through everything in detail. I left with a lovely new vape and omg lions blood is soo tasty 😋 Thank you for all your help!”
