“I decided to use online ordering this last time, order arrived sooner that predicted and everything was exactly as it should be. I normally call into the shop which is such a pleasant experience, the lady there remembers my name etc gives good advice and we have a nice chat each time. So, a pleasant experience each time”

“Hi I went to Barnstable store to get my usual 10 bottles of 12mg menthol, the girl serving said they didn't have any , but said the salt menthol was identical, I asked a couple of times if she was sure and she said it was, I opened a bottle when I got home and tried it and its disgusting, so I now have 9 bottles that are no use to man or beast, the thing is its an hour round trip so at some point I need to get back down there and get some more,”

“Unfortunately in the past when buying the vanilla razz 20mg Icy bar ( I only buy this one as its the one I like) I buy five at a time In the deal for £20. A few times now I have opened a vape from new and it hasn't worked. This time unfortunately from the five I bought two I opened from new have not worked. Is this becoming a frequent problem??”
