“I have been a customer of the Bletchley store since they opened and have watched the customer service deteriorate massively over the years. I have had two faulty vapes from them, both of them broke just over 30 days of purchase. The staff to not have the authority to provide any assistance or exchanges. All faulty vapes have to be sent back to the manufacturer with an undetermined resolution time. I’m currently 6 months in waiting for a satisfactory resolution for a massively faulty innokin vape purchased upon the store’s recommendation . Phone calls from staff are not returned as promised. You are referred to contact management via email, which are either ignored or vaguely answered weeks later. Staff seem to think awarding 30 points to your account is the equivalent of a £30 refund for broken goods 😂 Poor show Vapetown. There’s too much local competition to think you can survive with such poor customer service and low quality products.”

“Short stock of disposable vapes, I had to choose something I have not had before and run the risk of throwing it away. The card machine wasn't working so had to walk to a bank a few minutes away to withdraw more money than I wanted in order to come back to the shop to pay for the items. The two staff members that were there weren't rude, but just miserable, they didn't look enthused or happy to be there, and there was no greeting, no friendly smile. on top of which your prices are more expensive than online site.”
