“Once again Vape Town lived up to expectations. Placed order 2 days ago for 10 bottles, getting a good discount. The order arrived on Christmas Eve, not that I was in a hurry for them. “AVOID AVOID AVOID. Bought a new vape pen in store, everything was fine, staff friendly and helpful. Within literally a couple of days it had an obviously faulty battery. Took it back less than week after buying it, and had an appalling experience. No possibly of exchange and very rude staff this time. Absolutely appalling. Less than 1 week after purchase!! I then emailed the company, and have had no response. Awful company, just avoid. they have now emailed to ask for my review and say that my opinion matters. Ha ha I'm not holding my breath.”
