“Absolutely abysmal service!! I placed a £105 order at 7am this morning and paid the £8.50 next day delivery fee and still my order hasn’t been dispatched! I called the head office and the response I got was there was nothing he could do and I had to email them which I’ve done twice and still no reply as I also had an issue with a transaction yesterday!! I WILL NOT be using this company again! Absolute disgrace!!!!”

We pick and pack orders through the day and they are picked up in bulk by Royal Mail between 4pm and 6pm, which is much like most online companies operate. Once Royal Mail has picked up all the orders only then are shipping confirmations sent to customers. This will explain why you have not received a shipping confirmation yet, because at the time of your review it had not been officially shipped/picked up. This does not mean that you will not receive your order on a next day service which is what you paid for.
