Hello - There has been a Royal Mail strike for two days, your delivery will be delayed because of this unfortunately. It was sent the day you ordered it, but the two days following were days of the industrial action. Regards Mike Vape Town

“VapeTown is usually great; however they're still choosing (and charging customers) to use Royal Mail at a time when Royal Mail is completely ineffective due to strike action, so be warned, your deliveries can take over a week to get to you.”

We use Royal Mail as their usual service is by far the best out there for small packages. We do not use other carriers such as Yodel and Evri, as at best their service is poor, and even if we did while the strikes are on, they are seeing a massive increase in deliveries which is causing delays on their networks. The Royal Mail strikes are completely out of our control. We always send our customers parcels out on time and as promised and when strikes are happening they are sent at the very first opportunity possible to allow the parcels to get in the network. Orders over £20 do not incur any postage costs, unless you wish to upgrade. Anything under £20 has and will always be charged for.

“This company is really great, quick delivery. Used to use store in the Milton Keynes area, then moved to Shropshire. I was concerned that we would struggle to get the vape liquid, but no problem, delivery is just as quick as popping into store . Very happy.”

“Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I couldn’t remember the make and model of the vape I needed coils for, so they where able to look back at my previous purchases to supply the correct coils. I don’t shop anywhere else, why would I? Ok you may get it slightly cheaper online, but you don’t get the after sales service and I prefer to support my local small independent businesses.”
