“Ummm never had a problem before but on my last order I didn't receive wot was offered when I ordered, normally if you contact vapetown it gets sorted no problems but this time I contacted and have been ignored shame so my only way now is to comment here .”

“The manufacturer keeping changing the flavours of the vapes that I have been using for many years! I would like yo know why you do this? Customers get use to thier vapes and tend to stick to the one that suits them! My favourite was mango 0.6 mg but you made them stronger and changed the flavour! Now I use kiwi after trying do many different ones, but I notice they too are differ from time to time. You should notice the popular ones that sell well in stores so why change them?”

“I visited your store in Bletchley to get my Liquid and also my Crown III Filters but I was told as they don't sell many the had stopped stocking them in the shop but if I ordered from on line they were sure that the would still have them in stock, this I did and was pleased to have 3 box's returned to me within 3 days of my order. I have never been disappointed with the service I receive from the staff in their shop in Bletchley and will continue to get all my VAPE supplies from them.”
