“I have rated your performance as very poor. I placed my order on 13 June and was informed my order would be despatched within 2 working days. It is now the 19th and I haven't heard anything more.”

“I would definitely recommend Vanlocker to others. Extremely efficient company with excellent quality service. Quality locks were supplied and fitting was faultless. They came recommended by others. Please can you supply a confirmation email showing date and time , when booking a fitting. This is the only improvement I can suggest.\nThank you\n***”
