“Told me time and day for locks to be fitted. Fitter running a bit late. He phoned before hand to let me know. Fitted locks no problem. That’s all you can ask. Excellent service.”

“Finally found a place with all sizes in stock! I was looking everywhere for euro cylinders for my van, but every other company I tried only had partial stock—random sizes, or just 2 or 3 out of the 4 I needed. Van Locker actually had every single size available, which meant I could finally get them all keyed alike. The buying process was incredibly easy and straightforward. Delivery took a little bit longer than I initially expected, but other than that, it was a great experience. Highly recommend if you need a complete set!”

Hi Mr Hadfield Thanks for your feedback. We're glad the checkout was easy, but sorry to hear about the after-sales experience. I believe we have now replied to your email that was received during the easter break as we are closed on weekends and bank holidays If you have any further questions then please let us know Kind regards, Vanlocker
