“No fitting instructions provided just a diagram. Not sure what size rivets are provided. I have emailed to ask but had no response yet”

“The hook locks are great and the fitting instructions are enough to fit the hook lock but absolutely no info on fitting the receiving part for the hook. This goes for drivers door, passenger door, side loading slide door and rear “barn” doors on my van”

Hi Ian Many thanks for your response. Unfortunately there was a problem with the courier delivering your grilles. We have notified Van Guard and they have sent you out a replacement set which i believe you have now received. Any problems let us know. Vanlocker

“Ordered on 13th Jan.gave instructions where to leave if not at home.wasnt informed re delivery. Arrived in 19th while not at home & courier hadn't left it where instructed.had to rearrange. Very inconvenient.\n\n”
