“I scored 'Good' as the initial process on-line was straight forward, however the 'No Claims Bonus' validation process has been less so. I've supplied the required evidence on two occasions but remain unsure whether I have my van insurance cover completed?”

“The policy toke long time to be send to me when I have emphasised that it was urgent. I lost a day of work. I was expecting to receive a call as I was told on the same day that I applied for it but only on the following day I'm the one who called at 12pm, no one have called me back.”
