“The Hand doesn't know what the elbow is doing, consistently given incorrect information then blamed for their errors. Asking for payment and told to email NCB when policy already cancelled at their end. Abrupt and unsympathetic call center, however they call constantly but noone knows who called and specifically why, VERY ANNOYING EXPERIENCE”
