Had to wait 25 minutes until my original call was answered, then put on hold for a further 10 mins until I spoke to an agent who kept repeating the same questions i had just answered! The duration of my call was 47 mins - not very inspiring, but I'm insured now and the premium was good compared to others.

Person on phone was fine. Disappointed with failure of your website to pick up basic details and prevent me from being forced to pay additional £30 fee. Very poor and not impressed.

The phones are answered VERY quickly when they want to sell you stuff ...... I wish the customer sdervice phones were answered half as quickly, esdpecially as they want copies of documents from you or they'll cancel your insurance! and charge you for doing so!!!!

I used confused. Com to search for my van insurance and van direct was the best deal once I was happy with my choice I bought the insurance However 5 minutes later I was contacted by phone and had to go through all the questions and details verbally over the phone again The lady I spoke to was pleasant but spoke very fast with a unfamiliar accent and had to tell her to slow down as I could not understand her Over all a good service Thank you Lee walker

The phone operative was as clear and concise as possible, repetition of a lot of my online information I’m guessing this was necessary but made me late for work. Unfortunately the mandatory end message cut off before it played so had to phone back in, Lots of extra charges etc on the message which has lef5 me feeling dubious about Van Linedirect also unclear as to whether my NCD has been accepted and again extra charges looming.

Gives you a price via comparison site, when you login the price changes. Then it ends within a day so if you log back into Van Line direct site you can't get back into the quote without re completing it. It then changes the price again! Our price went up twice within an hour with no policy amendments!!

Was ok, just wanted a quick and easy insurance policy sorting out but turned out to be hard work. Eventually got it sorted tho!

To early to submit a review only took out insurance yesterday. Not to happy with the pay monthly set-up., it's expensive and complicated compaired to other insurance providers. Only time will tell I guess....
