Service from Millicent was fantastic but, after paying for an ageeed fee online, I received a call and got told the price had increased by over £100. Not acceptable!!!

I found it hard to ear the assistant on the phone and had to ask for them to repeat themselves several times. It was as though they were reading a script but very quickly - just going through the motions but not very clearly. It made it hard work for me to listen to. Very polite but difficult to understand

My only complaint is that I had to go through all the info I had already given on line. None of the other quotes do this.

Waited almost an hour on the phone in total waiting for a rep to become free. The price initially quoted was about £100 less than what I paid. The website wouldn’t let me validate my insurance which meant I had to ring. A long time to be hanging on when you’re busy. The rep spoke to quickly and his accent made it doubly hard to understand what was being said.

At times i felt under pressure as if i had done something wrong. More friendly staff would definitely help but i understand they have to make a lot of calls a day

After purchasing the policy via a price comparison site I paid the deposit and set the policy up, I asked for a bit more information that I also provided via the web site. The following day the insurance company called me to validate the policy and basically went back through a full proposal, when you run a business your time is precious, I was on the phone for a long time. Then I was told as my van has racking inside the premium had changed by around £300! I would assume having racking to secure your items in transit would be a good thing! In turn would lower the premium. I obviously refused this as I has another quote elsewhere cheaper. The staff member put me on hold and then returned to advise me it was only £10 ish more expensive after speaking to her manager. I was a little annoyed as in my eyes you had nailed me down and taken my original deposit to then try and screw me over the following day! You should offer your best price and honor it, you would probably have alot of very happy repeat customers if you did.

Although you eventually get through to a person to pay for your insurance via phone this is done online and yet you cannot pay for it online. I wouldnt use them again

Got quotes online, but could not complete said please phone which I did. Had to confirm all the details again so was on the phone for 20 minutes.
