I used confused. Com to search for my van insurance and van direct was the best deal once I was happy with my choice I bought the insurance
However 5 minutes later I was contacted by phone and had to go through all the questions and details verbally over the phone again
The lady I spoke to was pleasant but spoke very fast with a unfamiliar accent and had to tell her to slow down as I could not understand her
Over all a good service
