Arranged insurance online. 20 min phone call to reconfirm all of the information I had entered and double checked already. Now asking me to sort my no claims instead of them contacting my insurer. So far so poor.

requested more info. more info sent. requested more info. More info sent. requested more info. more info sent..........ad infinitum. Will never use these again. Call centre sounds like its in the middle of Johannesburg . Lack of care and knowledge. USELESS.

Not happy at all Had quote,paid deposit,then wanted more money due to job description. Never had a problem with other companies. I'm now being warned that my policy will be cancelled within a matter of days due to no disclosure of documents which i have already sent with proof. Avoid.

I'm absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by the staff at this company, I have been driving for over 30 years and never been treated so badly as I have by Van line direct, I cancelled my policy immediately and i will never, ever use you again, I have warned people across all social network not to use you and I will continue to do so through friend's, family and business , you should be thoroughly ashamed of the way you treat customers,

I was on hold for 3 hours trying to validate my policy, after the call (because i could barely make out what your operatives were saying) i went to check the policy and it was blank, the only info available was that the price had changed from around £700 to over £2000, i decided to cancel my policy, so i spent 6 hours on hold/calls being reset, only to get through to someone who said they didn't have authority to cancel my plan, but that an email had been sent so it would be cancelled today. I've sent an email over after the phone call because i wasn't sure how i was going to hear back from the company, I'd assumed i was being patched through to whoever the email about cancellation had been sent to, and I've still heard nothing back. Its within 14 days of the cool down period, cancel my plan and any otger business i have through this company

Tried to force me to take cover at more money without giving me a chance to check some things and then got aggressive and tried to be intimidating when i said i wanted to check the details out and then phoned 12 times the following day !!

I purchased a policy online and paid a deposit only to find out in my validation phone call that is wasn’t suitable as travelling to and from work is excluded despite filling in my occupation. I have said I would decide whether to cancel or go ahead and was told it was £25 to cancel an insurance not validated! A day after I have paid the deposit. I have then received an email saying that my insurance would be cancelled and the outstanding debt sent to a collection agency. I did try to ring back Saturday afternoon after work to go ahead with the cancellation by was not informed you close at 2pm! Very poor way of doing business. I am expecting a full refund of my deposit on Monday morning and wish to CANCEL the policy. It works out dearer than my existing renewal with having to now upgrade, I didn’t like the manner of the phone call and I certainly did not appreciate the email and the additional two I received with my documents. Which incidentally I cannot open as I need a password - which I haven’t even set up! Driving over 30 years and this is the worst service I have received to date.

Took my insurance out with you on the 18th of October still not received any paperwork or emails rang this morning took over 30 minutes to get thorough to talk about it told would get emailed within 20minutes 2 hours later still nothing not happy at all with the service
