Absolute rubbish ! Ended up paying £51 for cancelling policy one day after they required me to jump through so many hoops 🤔 for insurance 🤔 and the usual people on the phones ... can hardly be understood . Never never again AVOID

Stress and more stress repeated documents, long waits on phone when been asked as a matter of ‘urgency’ etc. Won’t use again.

I gained a quote online and decided to go ahead and take it out paying by card. As far as I was concerned sorted nice and easily but NO. I get a text asking to call them to validate the policy and am not covered yet so follows 3 calls with wait times of over 30 minutes. When I finally got an answer I had to answer every question I had already answered online and was then told my quote was £90 higher than it had been online and excluded breakdown cover. What a joke, I dread to think how much hassle it would be to claim with them. Add that to the fact they have sold my details on as I’ve already had 3 calls from other companies asking to quote me (1 confirmed my details came from van line) I say AVOID at all costs

Very hard to understand the lady on phone and even tho already gave my full details online and on phone your still asking me for my date of birth even though ive gave it over 5 times

Since taking out the policy I have been phoned over 25 times and spoken to 3 staff members but no one seems to listen. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Been told i have a open claim by an advisor, which i replied yeah it hasnt been settle yet because i dont believe that im at fault i had to pay £245 extra with a £70 increase per month and the guy i spoke to said it would be all sorted and im ready to drive now ive been contacted saying its been put down as non fault on my policy when it needs to be a open claim! Ive already paid £706 deposit and had a email to set up the monthly payments of £198 i dont see why i should deal with this sh*t because the advisor has put it down as non fault instead of open claim , i didn’t confirm it wasnt my fault i said “i don’t believe that im at fault” now ill have to go 3-5 days without being able to work whilst i wait for my £706 to go back into my account!

Very poor service I changed my mind about the policy was convinced to take a policy with someone else And you ring me back for a 3 rd time to request more money I want to cancel and you want to charge me £74 And when you try to ring to speak to someone your placed on hold for hours at a time Very poor customer service

Increased price after the website price and then said i had to pay to cancel because i did not agree to the increase.I will not be using them again. Site allowed me to put in i was not the registered keeper of the van.
