The result was as desired! Unfortunately it was like an inquisition. A most traumatic experience. Wouldn’t care to repeat it!

Absolute joke. Can not get through to anyone when I ring up to reach customer services. I have to go through the sales team in order to speak to anyone. I requested to have my insurance cancelled immediately. This took almost a week to do (I was also charged for this week). I’m so glad that I cancelled my insurance as I feel that if I ever did need to rely on it in the event of an accident then no one would pick up the phones or get back in touch with me for at least a week.

Happy to sell insurance to anyone, but won’t answer the phone to paying customers for basics such as sending NC proof! Threatening to charge £35!? What sort of cowboy outfit is this? I shouldn’t read reviews first. I will be reporting to the ombudsman service.

Never answer the phone, have emails asking to call but can never get through. Policy due to be cancelled as I can’t speak to anyone! Worst service I have ever encountered!

Awful company, completely ripped me off add lied repeatedly. Very rude attitude, extremely long hold times and they ignore most communication. I would rather pay more for insurance than deal with these clowns

Awful company to deal with , I was left uninsured after taking a policy out with them . Once I rang up they told me you have to ring up to validate your policy which was never mentioned anywhere . After validating the policy of which I had paid for 7 days earlier I was then told there was a price increase of £82. Just hassle to deal with and trying to get hold of them on the phone is like trying to platt fog !!!

To be honest I’ve never had a claim ,I had about 20 proven years no claims bonus from A trade policy I had which included my own private vehicles only to be told it could not be used so at more expense I could change my policy NOT REALLY ON

Charged me 60 pounds to close a policy and reopen a new one witch took thirty minutes was blackmailed by u saying it would be 160 pounds to go elsewhere money grabbing thieves I'll be glad when my year is up so I can escape for free disgusting

the worst experience i have ever had getting insurance impossible to get in touch with a actual human being dont feel confident that they have more than one person manning the phones but are very quick to takeyour money out of your bank it has happened again today so i am cancelling my policy now before it ever gets started

asked yesterday for a receipt for my payment 5 times told ok will send but not sent call today waited 23mins on the phone to talk to customer services the put on hold again 2 mins then agreed to resend receipt

When i pay deposit was other amount then when you send the paper work.!!!!!!!! You increase the amount i dont know how!!!!!

Took my cover out online then when I spoke to one of your employees and told them I had a roof rack on my vehicle they told me this was a modification which I don’t agree with and the price went up by around £90 not happy about that

After finding a cheaper quote online with van line direct I got into contact and the advisor I spoke to advised me to cancel my current insurance and take it again online for cheaper, when the cancellation agent phoned he then informed me I would have to pay a cancellation fee, he was also very abrupt on the phone, really poor customer service, I will be looking elsewhere

worst customer service, iv rang 10 times to cancel my policy and i have been transferred to cancellations where after 15 min on hold the call goes dead every time.

This no way reflects the person I spoke to on the phone but I’m extremely agitated with the fact that the policy I took out and paid for online was in fact then doubled. Due to the fact that myself have 12 years no claims but for some reason I cannot use this. Which on your website you ask for how many years no claims not on any vehicle in particular. I’m now stuck in an expensive policy even though I myself have 12 years without any incident or claim

Too many text and calls. Have decided to cancel. Very difficult to set up. Never had difficulty before. Going back to original insurer.Can't get through on the phone. Then sent round different department's. An hour wasted.Won't use again!
