“In these days many companies sell the same products online and the only difference is the quality of service. How nice to find a company that excels at excellent service, my goods arrived the next day even though I had placed my order late, and were very well packed. “I am genuinely very pleased with my purchase I had ordered the stair nosing from a supplier only to have to send it back because of poor quality My order from Vanilla Floors arrived promptly and the wood was of a high quality and exactly what I needed It was also packaged realy well I would definatly recommend this company and will be using them again Very pleased”

“I have dealt with Vanilla wood floors before and their products are excellent. very helpful and can't do enough for you. my only advice would be to them is to change the delivery company they use for weekend delivery as they didn't deliver when they should off. But vanilla wood floors were very quick to rectify this problem and sort out.”

“The lady who took my call was first class she was efficient and knowledgeable about the products and helped me order the 2 I required. The delivery company managed to deliver 2 days late, they did not attempt a delivery on the date and time their tracking system advised as I was waiting at home waiting for an appointment at that time.”

“Eventually i managed to buy a 20xbox of sika bond T52 sausages and a 25m2 roll of sika mat via a Google list. [you were about 10th on the list and the third i tried] I phoned to check that you had the sika bond and the lady was helpful. I then phoned to check on the sika mat and the man was helpful. The orders were confirmed by e-mail very efficiently on 3 march. So far everything is OK. The only problem was a glitch between you and the carriers APC. The orders were due to be delivered on 7 March. At the time this was not convenient so i changed the date on-line to 8 march. The items have just been delivered today, the 7th. it was fortunate I was in because my wife had sprained her ankle and we had to cancel our previous appointment. Otherwise this might have caused a problem because the items have to signed for. So you need to check up that your delivery system is fit for purpose.”
