“Cannot fault Vanilla wood floors. Excellent customer service. Had an issue with the delivery. UK mail saying they were unable to find the address, never had that before. So did not get item next day, however Vanilla wood floors had tracked the item and ensured I got it the following morning. Would buy again and recommend. Hope delivery issue was a one off.”

“After a bit of searching I came acrosss Vanilla wood floors and I'm pleased I did. Reasonable prices with reasonable delivery charges (not the £10 quoted by some!) and speedily delivered in a well secured/packaged box. All good.”

“Good product - reasonable price - appalling delivery! I paid extra for 24 hour delivery and gave detailed instructions for the possibility of not being in. I received both text and e-mail from Mail UK to confirm the delivery slot. In the event, I WAS in - but no attempt was made to deliver. When I checked the tracking information UK Mail indicated that they had attempted to deliver, but alleged that no one was available to receive the goods; an outright lie! I e-mailed them to complain and they totally ignored my complaint. The following day the parcel was delivered and UK Mail e-mailed me to tell me that my situation was now resolved. Shocking contempt for customers. Really lousy delivery company. If your reputation is important to you, you should review your delivery procedures.”

Hi Ian, we are very sorry that you experienced problems with our courier, we do always track items, however we only saw that the delivery was attempted, then reattempted successfully the following day - this is the first that we had heard that there was a problem.
