“Why did I have to answer all the questions again after I had answered them online and you had taken payment? Very annoying and time-wasting.Don't you realise that if you are looking for van insurance you are probably a business with limited time to complete online and then have to repeat everything again before the policy is emailed. Either offer online quotes or phone quotes but DONO'T expect customers to do both”

“We was previously insured with this company and had no obligation or no claims while with this company. We brought a new truck and was waiting in the garage for 3 hours just for them to change over insurance but couldn’t do so and left me waiting I called up NFU and got insured in 10 minutes and then disgustingly had to pay a fee of £275.04p to end the insurance they couldn’t no longer provide. I wouldn’t rate this company at all please check the fine print on your paper work and don’t agree to anything online through this company”

“The whole experience of renewing my policies over the phone was straight forward and hassle free. The operative, Paige Murray, was polite, professional, friendly, very helpful and definitely not a humourless robot in a foreign call centre. The pricing, a little cheaper than last year is importantly very competitive. Thanks for providing my insurance again for the next twelve months. Do I win the ipad mini?!”
