“Sorry but id heard good things about you and you were recommend by my fitter but sadly he wont recommend again after fitting today. Luckily hes been a vehicle glass fitter for 40yrs, after taking the factory glass out it should've been an easy fit but wasnt as window was the wrong curve by about 10mm and had to be pursueded with cramps to fit, fitters been doing vehicle glass long enough so knew how to get around the issue but I wouldn't recommend fitting it without a professional. It looks great now and tint matches the factory glass, slider works well and happy with the finished product even thought ut put up a fight during fitting”

“Bought some lowering springs for my new Custom and the Raptor front grille. The ride comfort with the new springs is good, hardly any different to standard. The front grille fitted but fouls the plastic upright support behind the grill so had to cut a small piece out of the support to enable the grille to fit properly. Doesn't affect anything so not an issue but no mention of this in the item description. However, very pleased with both productds”

“Curtins arived in couple of days after ordering them orderd the 52cm drop as one window was 52 and one was 62 the 62 is a bit tight even though it said there was 100mm stretch could of done with a little bit more give but over all well happy with them”

“Ordered the supposed wind deflectors for my van. They arrived and wouldn’t fit. Emails admitted they were faulty or wrong. Asked for refund and they refused because I’d removed double sided tape to fit them. Sent another email and they accepted a refund. Refused to refund return postage. Before ordering from this company be aware that they must have a lot of problems because they are very generic with their get out clauses and plans, I however don’t put up with this. I’ll certainly not recommend and I’ll certainly pass my bad experience around.”

Hello Marcus, We apologise you are not happy with your experience. When initially reviewing images sent over email, we thought there may have been a potential fault with the wind deflectors. However, when further images were sent over it was found that the wind deflectors were unfortunately fitted incorrectly to the vehicle meaning they were interfering with the window opening and closing. We also compared the images and measurements provided by yourself to our stock and found them to match. We have sold thousands of these wind deflectors and have not encountered this issue previously. As the issue was determined to be the result of incorrect fitment rather than a manufacturing fault, we stated that the return cost would have to be covered by yourself. Since the item has been returned, we have fully refunded your order. We apologise that this may not be the outcome you were after. Kind regards, The VanPimps Team
