“Having used Vanpimps with great result previously I returned as I needed 2 front door seals for my Peugeot boxer. Identified as passenger & drivers doors with respective Pt Nos (SKU nos) had to be good! Received in good time but the had identical P.Codes & no SKU numbers to identify them. I then learn online that they fit either door?? Ok they look good quality but I've yet to fit. I called customer services to confirm but no-one picked up. Hmm, not what I expected. I shall review when fitted as at least I can advise of quality etc.”

We can confirm that the door seal for the passenger and driver side is the same meaning two of the same item would have been sent.They are listed separately for ease of website browsing. After checking our call system, we can see that only one call attempt occurred but due to a high call volume at the time, it meant that we unfortunately could not answer. “Side windows fit my Maxus deliver 9 perfect but the back windows stick out up the top and don’t curve with the shape of the van properly. Also the u channel supplied didn’t fit and I’ve emailed to see if I can return them with the answer.”

“I had been waiting on Mercedes to acquire a clear glass window (N.S. Rear passenger door) for my 2019 sprinter van. October 2025 non in stock in the U.K. and non available in Germany. I waited for them to get one to no avail. Not on there part but just non available. I contacted Van Pimps and bit the bullet on a privacy tint which was available, ordered Monday 12/01/2026 arrived Tuesday fitted Wednesday ordered the offside Wednesday to make the van look the same on both sides. Arrived Thursday fitted Friday. The quality of both glasses are great you cannot tell the difference, apart from tinting. Exceptionally quick delivery. Both glasses cost just a few pounds more than one clear glass from Mercedes. All in all good quality, great service & fast delivery.”

“Really poor experience. Bought some windows for my Transit, supposed to be 9% VLT, limo tint, but actually they're only a relatively light smoke tint. Instead of just sorting a return customer service are messing about with nonsense emails. Weirdly bad service for a smallish company trading in a relatively niche sector.”

Hello, We do apologise you feel this way. We have reviewed our system and can confirm that you contacted our team regarding concerns about the tint of your window. At the time, you were advised that we only stock privacy tinted windows. The reason the window may appear lighter before installation is due to equal light levels on both sides of the glass, which can create the illusion that the tint is lighter or almost clear. Once fitted, the window will display its true level of tint, as the interior of the van is naturally darker than the exterior. After this you advised that you still felt the tint was not dark enough. In response, our customer service team requested an image so they could investigate this further. Unfortunately, as we have not yet received an image, we have been unable to look into the matter. As previously advised, if you provide an image and a fault is identified, we will of course arrange a collection of the window. To date, no image has been received. Had this been provided, we would have been able to resolve the issue sooner. Please feel free to send the requested image, and we will be happy to assist further. Kind regards, VanPimps management

“Come across these guys on tiktok, questioned going big on first order left it a week then pressed checkout (with out the gloss black grill for the 2018> regrettably it was out of stock but its on the list of stuff to return for). Everything turned up 2 days later immaculate condition properly packaged and in the biggest box so plenty of room if the couriers decided to do their usual no cares given attitude (not with this delivery) will be returning for more before may”
