“Ordered 2 front window package with kit for Citroen Relay MWB. Easy to order first time newbies installing. Got first 1 in. Not perfect but ok now. Cut out 2nd between rain fall only to find out we had run out of primer thought was 1 per window. We had been given VanPimps name from an installer so felt confident to order from them”

“I'm disappointed that I have to give a low rating. Firstly I found it difficult to fit the deflectors following the accompanying instructions, which were for a car, not a van, which have different profiles. Secondly, this product and all the other manufacturers who make similar have never considered an important safety aspect. The deflectors look nice, but are too dark! They interfere with side view at junctions and roundabouts. Vehicles can easily be obscured by the dark element of the deflectors, due to the darkness they also reflect the internal dashboard etc. This aspect will also be exacerbated in darkness. I am 6ft tall and find them extremely restrictive. Clear ones would be far better.”

Hello Robert, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We do apologise you feel this way. We can confirm that the box the wind deflectors arrive in have written instructions additionally, on our website and in the product description there is a video of the wind deflectors being fitted to a van. Please note that the fitting process is very similar for both cars and vans. Regarding the tint of the deflectors, they are clearly described on our website as 'smoked' wind deflectors and the colouring is shown on our product images. Having said this, we will review our fitting advice and look for ways to make it clearer on our site that the deflectors are tinted to the level that they are. Kind Regards, VanPimps Management

“Excellent service. I ordered Ducato cab curtains, good price, arrived quickly. However I noticed 2 missing studs on our 1st weekend away. I called them up to ask if possible to send replacement studs. Received a new set of curtains yesterday. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use VanPimps again and recommend to others !”
