“Very pleased with the service received. I ordered 4 window units for a van conversion. Vanpimps assisted with enquiries over the 'phone. One window uit was scratched but I did not notice this until the unit had been fitted. Vanpimps were helpful and, after some negotiation agreed a full refund of the cost of that unit.”

“Hi the deflectors are ok but compared, not as ridged as the Heko I removed and the passenger side deflects inwards for some reason , if not had time to take a look but will be in the coming days so I hope it’s not an issue but will have to see . I like the style and colour just hope I can sort the issue as when she window is wound down and want to return to the up position we have to just push the deflectors outwards so the window doesn’t catch it as it’s going back up . If I have a problem I will be intouch .”

“I found my package between bin etc, the courier FedEx is meant to release the package upon signature but yet they didn't ... i will complain as where I live things go missing, really inappropriate and vanpimps should re evaluate their couriers”
