“The chrome strips for the front of the transit grille Arnt the right shape, it's come bent on one of the ends and it doesn't stick with the sticky pads provided.. Overall feeling abit let down by this product..”

I am sorry that you feel let down by this product, we have had no correspondence regarding this issue, so this is the first time we have heard of it, had you contacted us we could have rectified this issue.

“Side bars for Mercedes Vito came with wrong brackets, despite calls made to vanpimps to ask about brackets and getting correct ones , no return call came !!! The bars were fitted but don't appear to be correct size , we still await a response ,”

Hi Dale, I'm sorry you are not overly happy with your side bars, I spoke with Mike on a couple of occasions on Friday regarding this matter and was lead to believe that it was all sorted, I was not aware that there was still an issue so your comment about not returning calls has baffled me a little.
