“Hi, Just purchased roof bars for my Peugeot Partner, the process was excelent from start to finish. Ryan Keefe (Customer Services) was amazing, all queries answered really quickly. Delivery time, ace ! Fitting instructions and process excellent. Will definitely use Van Guard again, thanks.”

“While I haven't fitted the product, I bought it to attach an awning to so I didn't have to drill the van. Tracy from CS did an awsome job of providing me the information I wanted needing in the plannning stage, including ordering a single pair of the gutter supports so I could check they were the right size before buying. Its probably an OK set of roof bars, but great support.”

“Very happy with the roller bar but the stand type support system at the back one of the nuts was threaded little upset about that it's still loose so makes a small rattling noise when driving but apart from that very happy with the product very excited to buy more products in the future if needed”

It sounds like there is an issue on the thread of the support feet on the roller, so we would be able to replace this part of the product free of charge to rectify this.

“Set of 3 installed on a Toyota proace city 2021. Nice stuff but useless as they catch a lot of wind and start to whistle on the rooftop.”

“Don't buy anything direct from Van Guard they are more expensive than other companies even though the products are sent out by Van Gaurd. Thought I was buying a set of 2 bars they were a few pounds cheaper than elsewhere but when delivered it was just 1 bar. Van gaurd not interested in trying to help me out so had to return at a cost of £45 and re order through third party which was sent out by Van gaurd. They say they can't control prices!!! but they don't even compete with third parties even though they do the deliveries for these companies.”

“ordered direct from Van Guard around middday the day before, delivery was next day, the item was well packaged and instructions were easy to follow, all in all it was fitted to the van withing half hour. very happy with the roof bars.”

“I ordered shielding platesfor my van,to fit myself. I wasn't suppied with anti-rust compound. Which I've struggled to find myself. Would have been nice to have it as part of the self fit package. Apart from that, great service from vanguard.”
