“I ordered the brackets to fit my van after buying some cheap secondhand bars and in my error missed off securing brackets too was intending to use roof tent for bank holiday weekend placed order for bits I had missed called team straight away all parts came in time for me to still follow plans a great service and a great product with superb customer service and support”

“Was shipped the wrong brackets and fitments, even after I specifically asked if they were right. Wich resulted in the bolt holes being damaged, had to pay a professional to fix the issue, I gave 2 stars only due to the fact they sent me the correct brackets and fittings when I emailed and informed them, No compensation was offered and after asking they want me to remove my bars and take pictures,, resulting in the adhesive rubber pads to lose there water tight seal. More faff and more money out of my pocket.... this was a new van 2 weeks ago and already damaged due to wrongly sent fitments... Extremely dissatisfied Will be purchasing from elsewhere from now on.”

Firstly, I’d like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by the incorrect brackets and fittings you received. We understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly with a new vehicle involved, and I appreciate you highlighting the issue. As soon as we were informed, we arranged for the correct parts to be dispatched without delay. At that time, we also clarified that our instructions specify the intended vehicle model(s) and that our products are designed to fit without requiring any modifications. For future reference, we always recommend reaching out to our customer support team if a product/parts do not match the instructions or do not appear to fit as expected, so we can assist promptly. I’m glad to hear the correct parts reached you, though I fully acknowledge that this does not lessen the inconvenience, time, and cost involved in resolving the issue. In order for us to investigate — and to assess a matter involving a claim of damage — we do require clear photographs or evidence showing the issue. Without this, we’re unfortunately unable to open an internal investigation or take further steps to resolve the matter. I will, however, be reviewing the handling of your order to understand how this occurred, particularly as you had proactively confirmed the fitment beforehand. Whilst we have an extremely high order processing accuracy rate, your feedback has highlighted areas where further improvements can be made. Once again, I apologise for the inconvenience and regret that this has been your experience. If we can be of any further help, please do not hesitate to reach out.
