“This is my second Van guard roof rack. Both on crew vans. Brilliant system. Very sturdy and very well designed. Never any issues. Very easy to fit and they look very neat. Great to strap materials to.”

“All items were present, whole delivery was sent to the wrong address and left out in the street, one of the boxes had been ripped open and another had damaged to the corner of the box, items were undamaged but the delivery was absolutely shocking by your delivery driver from DX”

“I purchased a sliding door internal lock shield for my transit custom MK2 came with instructions very easy to fit . Took me about 30 minutes in total. Delivered with in 24hrs of ordering very pleased”

“Terrible customer service ...I should say non existant to be more precise ! I called on Nov 18 with an enquiry regarding van security locks. The woman who answered asked me to send an email with exact details and it would be forwarded to the technical dept. I sent the email but received no reply. I sent a follow up email on Nov 23 with the same result....no reply”

“I purchased the roof bar stops as my original stops were broken. My fault ! Anyway ordering the parts was easy and pain free , they arrived a few days later and are just what I needed. I didn’t even pay postage!!! Thanks vanguard very happy”
