All items were present, whole delivery was sent to the wrong address and left out in the street, one of the boxes had been ripped open and another had damaged to the corner of the box, items were undamaged but the delivery was absolutely shocking by your delivery driver from DX

Terrible customer service ...I should say non existant to be more precise ! I called on Nov 18 with an enquiry regarding van security locks. The woman who answered asked me to send an email with exact details and it would be forwarded to the technical dept. I sent the email but received no reply. I sent a follow up email on Nov 23 with the same result....no reply

The set of roof bars supplied for my van was so short the load stops would only fit on the inside of the brackets, so would not fit 4 foot wide sheets. I phoned to see if I could exchange for longer bars, but all VanGuard would do was sell me the longer bars at an additional cost. The longer bars fit fine on the vehicle, are not wider than the vehicle, and I see the bar length supplied as a design error. It would have been good customer service to exchange the bars.

Good Morning Jamie, I'm sorry to learn that you've not yet received your order. Unfortunately our courier went into administration so we were unable to ship your order out on time. I can see one of my colleagues left a voicemail with you on 12th June to advise of the situation. I can confirm we have now got a new courier on board and your item was dispatched yesterday for delivery today. I will contact you later on today to confirm if you have received it. Very noisy compared with other roof racks we have used before. If it wasn't so difficult to remove and repackage, I'd send it back.
