Good Morning Jamie, I'm sorry to learn that you've not yet received your order. Unfortunately our courier went into administration so we were unable to ship your order out on time. I can see one of my colleagues left a voicemail with you on 12th June to advise of the situation. I can confirm we have now got a new courier on board and your item was dispatched yesterday for delivery today. I will contact you later on today to confirm if you have received it. “Very noisy compared with other roof racks we have used before. If it wasn't so difficult to remove and repackage, I'd send it back.”
