“Good products and easy instructions to follow. My only gripe is the drilling patterns were back to front. I wouid buy them again.”

“The guards are great. The fitting instructions are pretty good. The template the sticky back foam needs a rethink. Perhaps a card version would be better as the foam stretches. Apart from that they look good, hopefully work well and cost is pretty reasonable.”

I have spoken to our technical team about your feedback and they confirmed the following: "We use a foam gasket as it prevents water ingress and doubles as a template. However, we understand it can be tricky to use on some vehicle contours and we’ve started including metal templates on certain product lines due to this" Great to hear you are happy with the product, many thanks Becky

“I ordered shielding platesfor my van,to fit myself. I wasn't suppied with anti-rust compound. Which I've struggled to find myself. Would have been nice to have it as part of the self fit package. Apart from that, great service from vanguard.”

“Great thanks. I ordered roof bars for ford transit custom and they are a bit short. I notice they do some wider ones at 1500mm these should be the standard one for the custom or it should be clear the other ones are short.”

“Hi there. Pipe tube and roof bars meet expectations, well done and thanks. Only the following negatives. #1 roof bar mounting bolts too long for middle RHS bar. #2 the lower plastic covers dont seem to add any weather protection and not that very aesthetically pleasing. #3 the pipe tube mounting device does not contain any antitheft / security device(s). Thank you for this opportunity to support you with product improvements. Giz.”

“It's a good roof rack once put together,absolutely loads of bits and pieces included in the packs but the instructions are pretty good and easy to understand”
