“Great thanks. I ordered roof bars for ford transit custom and they are a bit short. I notice they do some wider ones at 1500mm these should be the standard one for the custom or it should be clear the other ones are short.”

“Hi there. Pipe tube and roof bars meet expectations, well done and thanks. Only the following negatives. #1 roof bar mounting bolts too long for middle RHS bar. #2 the lower plastic covers dont seem to add any weather protection and not that very aesthetically pleasing. #3 the pipe tube mounting device does not contain any antitheft / security device(s). Thank you for this opportunity to support you with product improvements. Giz.”

“Hi finally got all the bits buy Thursday when I ordered it on the Sunday ?? Courier lost a parcel ?? But all went together well fitted as it should with good instructions to follow ? Product is good just delivery let it down.”

“It's a good roof rack once put together,absolutely loads of bits and pieces included in the packs but the instructions are pretty good and easy to understand”

I can appreciate there are quite a few parts that come with our roof racks, we like to try and keep our prices low for our customers so there is a bit of construction required upon installation but I'm confident that you'll love our finished product. “The product itself is very good, excellent build quality. The staff on the phone are just average, they do not know what you are asking them, if you ask specific questions. They look for answers on the website just like you. I would still buy it again and would highly recommend. Just do your own research.”

“The side panels were difficult to fit on the front as the brackets did not exactly fit with the connector; panel fitting not parallel with the bracket. Took some time to sort and glad the other cross bars are connected to ensure secure. Yet to use but looks fit for my purpose.”

“Service is good overall , fast delivery , good website and advice and the roof bars are great , the additional roller I ordered I wasn’t happy with as the length of the roller is too short , I would say it isn’t practical to use along with the bars to load roof . The roller should be the same length as the roof bars to make it easier to loess roof”

“Good looking rails, however Inherently low security:To remove the brackets, all you need is a spanner. Simply unscrew and carry away the attached rails and pipe carrier still locked and full of copper!”

“Good kit generally, good price and decent delivery times however... Items arrived in damaged packaging but all seemed ok until I tried to fit the rear roller - the bracket (one of) for which was bent. I didn't have the option of returning so carried on regardless and straightened it out only to find that the anti-vibration washers supplied with it weren't big enough to fit the thread for the support legs (looks like they were M6 washers and an M8 bar) so ha to go our and buy 250 washers (smallest quantity of the right size I could find locally) in order to fit, To be fair I didn't raise this with the company so can't mark them down at all for service, just a shame the rear roller let the rest of the kit down. I'd still buy again in future though as the price was good and once on everything seems great, plus I've got enough washers if that's an issue next time :)”

“Great quality accessories. The only thing which could be improved on the design is the lock for the pipe carrier is on the bottom and with a tail gate it is very awkward to open.”

“Love the products however this is my second roof rack from van guard and the load stops are seized already, I had this problem with my previous rack and was advised by van line to just cut them off and buy more, not really what you want to hear after buying what you thought was a quality built product. This aside the actual racks are quality and well finished with a good online service.”
