Set of 3 installed on a Toyota proace city 2021. Nice stuff but useless as they catch a lot of wind and start to whistle on the rooftop.

Don't buy anything direct from Van Guard they are more expensive than other companies even though the products are sent out by Van Gaurd. Thought I was buying a set of 2 bars they were a few pounds cheaper than elsewhere but when delivered it was just 1 bar. Van gaurd not interested in trying to help me out so had to return at a cost of £45 and re order through third party which was sent out by Van gaurd. They say they can't control prices!!! but they don't even compete with third parties even though they do the deliveries for these companies.

The Brackets that fix to the roof of the van, do not fit my model(2020 Transit Custom) of van correctly. The holes were M6 size as were the screws supplied, but the van has M8 female threads, which clearly don't fit through m6 holes, so due to time constraints I had to modify this. The brackets don't sit flush either, so Packing had to be incorporated. I am an engineer and although I have made it work, with mods, there is lots of room for improvement.

I required a seat cover for my 2016 Caddy. I emailed Van Guard to ensure the item they stock would fit and they confirmed it would. As a result I ordered one. Communication was good and the item arrived quickly. However, the seat cover does not fit and is a complete waste of time. £27 wasted.

Not really van guard fault but just wanted to voice my opinion. I already owned a van vault pipe tube and needed a new roof rack. Ordered a van guard one just to find the roof rack bars are wider and won't take the brackets from my pipe tube. So then I bite the bullet and spend another £30 on the fixing kit for a van guard pipe tube hoping it would fitvmy van vault one and it doesnt. I've had to bodge it on which I'm not too happy about. I checked my bosses rhino roof rack and my old brackets would of gone on that fine. These things need to be universal in my opinion. It's left a really bad taste in my mouth as it's been such a palava and the roof rack has essentially cost me £30 more than it should of.

Solid Roof rack but the wind noise generated by it is torture at motorway speeds, it can even be heard with the stereo volume on max. (2016 LWB Vivaro)

Just fitted VG304-3 to my transit absolutely the dogs dangle bits. Superbly engineered well done Vanguard

Roof bars look ok when on the vehicle however either the brackets or bars are out of true. This then means the brackets attached to the roof move round when tightening the top hats to 8nm and foul the step in the roof and gutter on the passenger side. Consequently won't be long before the brackets rub through the paint of the vehicle. Rubber feet need to extend up the back side of the brackets to help prevent this plus a two bolt fixing of the front and rear bar would stop this skewing on a single bolt. Not particularly happy to be honest.
