“Have used van guard products for many year know and I had to get some spare parts the staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone . Will be using them in the future for more rails”

“Really all I can is the roof rack I purchased I don’t believe it could be bettered in anyway other than the plastic caps that cover the caps over the Alloy bars could and will break if a ladder was to be dropped on them other than that we’ll happy”

“ordered the three-bar roof system for my van. I was a little hesitant to do the job myself as the roof required drilling but the easy-to-follow instructions were spot on. Really good quality materials form a sturdy roof bar. Highly recommend this product to anybody.”

“I required a seat cover for my 2016 Caddy. I emailed Van Guard to ensure the item they stock would fit and they confirmed it would. As a result I ordered one. Communication was good and the item arrived quickly. However, the seat cover does not fit and is a complete waste of time. £27 wasted.”

“Great service all round. Had the roof bars and roller fitted here and it is ideal. I had a few questions about other products and Mark was very helpful said he would look into it and email the details - which he has done. A good bunch here with great service, highly recommend”

Good Morning Jamie, I'm sorry to learn that you've not yet received your order. Unfortunately our courier went into administration so we were unable to ship your order out on time. I can see one of my colleagues left a voicemail with you on 12th June to advise of the situation. I can confirm we have now got a new courier on board and your item was dispatched yesterday for delivery today. I will contact you later on today to confirm if you have received it. “Great thanks. I ordered roof bars for ford transit custom and they are a bit short. I notice they do some wider ones at 1500mm these should be the standard one for the custom or it should be clear the other ones are short.”

“Purchased 2x Replacement Ulti Bar End Bung to replace original fittings that went missing. The replacements were a perfect fit and much more secure than the originals making them much more difficult to remove.”

“Purchased online and parts arrived in good time. A couple of bits were missing but I got in touch with their sales and they sent the extra bits out in 24 hour. Everything I needed, I received in plenty of time so no complaints really.”

“The ladder clamps we were looking for that work with the Van Guard roofbars were located on the website immediately and we found the purchasing processing easy. They arrived on time and were adequately packaged.”
