“Very easy to install and should be effective against tamper. Vanguard were excellent with updates and very quick dispatch of the item meaning received it the very next day.”

“Terrible customer service ...I should say non existant to be more precise ! I called on Nov 18 with an enquiry regarding van security locks. The woman who answered asked me to send an email with exact details and it would be forwarded to the technical dept. I sent the email but received no reply. I sent a follow up email on Nov 23 with the same result....no reply”

“Good products and easy instructions to follow. My only gripe is the drilling patterns were back to front. I wouid buy them again.”

“I purchased the roof bar stops as my original stops were broken. My fault ! Anyway ordering the parts was easy and pain free , they arrived a few days later and are just what I needed. I didn’t even pay postage!!! Thanks vanguard very happy”

“All worked well. They have different numbers to the previous fittings though spacing on the back two is actually the same”

“The first order came damaged, I got in touch with Amy from customer service, and the service i recieved was impeccable!! A few pictures sent over and a new set of brackets were sent out on next day delivery. These things happen and the customer service i recieved was fantastic, will definitely use again.”

“Brilliant service all round. I bought just the plates as I already had the bars. I was a bit sceptical of the price at first. But when the products arrived with all the fixings need, clear instructions and a quality product. The price was bang on for the money. Would recommend to anyone to use this company!.”

“An extremely quick and professional services. Katie was very informative and very helpful for the start. The roof bar brackets were exactly what I was looking for to replace my existing ones and were a very reasonable price. My order was processed quickly and I received my parcel within 24 hours.
