“Suzanne and her team were friendly, efficient and so helpful right from the start. Always dealing with queries, getting answers and liaising with us straight away, this meant we could keep on top of things easily. They made the whole process so much easier and less stressful especially when we had to delay the final completion date at the last minute. Highly recommend Urban Village!”

“I discovered Urban Village after registering with a very useful website "GetAgent" who sent me a list of local High Street estate agents, rated according to their past performance. I chose Urban Village because it was extremely local to the property that I was selling. Urban Village sent me clear documentation concerning their Sales Terms and Conditions which included their fee which I thought was reasonable. The whole process from arranging the valuation to finding interested buyers went smoothly. The Urban Village team, behaved in a very professional way; communication was good by email or phone, and any queries I had were acted upon within a very reasonable timeframe usually the same day. I found it helpful to be allocated a named person to assist with the sale (Suzanne), who was the first point of contact with any matters I needed to discuss. Rachel was also helpful at the office with my queries and passing on messages to her colleagues. The conveyancing did take a long time to complete before contracts were exchanged but this delay was was caused by circumstances beyond the control of Urban Village. Overall I have had a very good customer experience and would recommend Urban Village to friends and family.”

“Urban Village people were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. I moved into one of the rental properties they manage nearly 5 years ago and moved out last week. They always responded quickly to problems linked to issues like the boiler breaking down. They made me feel like a valued tenant. They did nice things for me that they didn't HAVE to do. They were super professional, very friendly and more than fair. I've been a tenant and property buyer/owner for over 3 decades and I've dealt with many agencies that specialise in rentals and sales or purchases. Urban Village is by far the best. I'll be working abroad for a while. And I intend to contact Urban Village when I return to London because I cannot think of a better agency to depend on when I'm looking for a new home.”

“Urban Village have been absolutely amazing, they found me the perfect buyer and were under offer within 3 weeks of posting the ad. They went the extra mile to create photos and films to really sell the flat, cycled over to a friends to collect keys when i wasn't in, and made sure the whole transaction was as smooth as possible even with the stamp duty holiday deadline making everything more tight and stressful. There are no pinstriped overpaid estate agents at this firm, just hard working women who want to make it work for everyone, and will go the extra mile to make it happen. Couldn't rate them enough!”

“I've been renting out my flat myself for the last 7 years but decided that I'd try Urban Village renting and managing... it's been bliss. I have just handed everything over to Daniella and she's sorting the lot. And she's keeping me informed brilliantly. Why didn't I do this earlier?!? And I love the property portal - I've got every certificate, invoice, piece of information relating to the property in one easily accessible place... fantastic. Definitely recommend.”

“Urban Village has managed our house on a lettings basis for several years, so when the time came to sell we knew we were in good hands. We live overseas and have been so grateful for the amount of support Suzanne has provided. As well as managing a complex chain during covid, Suzanne really went the extra mile to help us organize removals, storage & repairs. She works with a fantastic roster of skilled, reasonably priced tradesmen and she made sure everything went smoothly. Communication has always been excellent, issues have always been dealt with in a cost effective and timely manner, we’ve always had great tenants and the UV team are all lovely people to boot. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them for both lettings and sales. Thanks for everything!”
