“I think a lot of these reviews are fake. Susan is utterly incompetent and unfair particularly with regards to lettings and looking after owners property.”

Sorry you felt the need to post this comment. As stated, as a business we cannot and will not compromise ourselves by working with a landlord who refuses to comply with legislation. You are unwilling to have an HMO licence and are unwilling to provide us with the compulsory HMRC exemption code for non resident landlord, despite living overseas. It is regrettable that we had to cease working with you but we do need to put tenant safety and legalities before making money. None of these reviews are fake. Suzanne
