The agent who showed us round was on time, patient and enthusiastic - even after the deal was agreed he was happy to let us in for measurements etc. The agent who handled the sales agent was pro active in sorting out issues that arose (through no fault of Urban Village) and helped us liaise effectively with the vendor. Definitely one of the best agencies out there.
