Amazing service from start to finish. Rachel was the first of the Urban Village team we dealt with; polite, helpful, friendly and efficient. Daniella then took over and handled everything perfectly, from helping us put in an offer on a flat to rent, organising and guiding us through all the checks and formalities, managing the move in and more. Always polite, quick to communicate and always on hand with any questions or issues we had.
