“We received an order and one of the items was not suitable. This was returned with the returns label on the 16th October. We have left two voicemails, 2 contact emails via the website and one email direct. No one has responded to any of these. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I am now £34.50 out of pocket. It seems the service is good when delivering items but non existent when returning.”

“Order 21987 never arrived. I contacted them just to be told it had been delivered to my local branch, when I went there they said it had never arrived. I complained twice more and never got a response. Wouldn’t recommend, still don’t have my order and have wasted ages chasing it up and driving to my local branch.”

“Received invoice with my delivery 24/08/23 with a note on saying 1 item out of stock, have emailed numerous times and called the number about being refunded for the item that was out of stock and not delivered. Order reference WEB21672.”

“I returned an item at the beginning of September and have still not received a refund - tried ringing them and emailing and no response. Absolutely disgusting service”

“Like another customer I also have not received a refund from you, REF: (WEB21649). I sent the item back on 30/08/23 and heard nothing, I also sent you an email on 21/09/23 with proof of postage and pictures of the parcel. I’ve also tried calling and the phone just rings out, will I ever get my refund??”
