First time I purchased anything from UMC. The item I bought was an XL. The item sent was an XXL. I've emailed customer service. No reply. Now I have to pay for it to be returned. I buy alot of clothes online and I'll not be using Urban Male Clothing again.

Seems to have a problem with their Custom Service! I have sent both mails and used the "Ask a Question Form" to get some information, within the last 2 weeks. So far no response at all!!

Absolutely shocking customer services I returned an item for an exchange which was received on the 28/08/23 as of today 14/09/23 still not received a replacement. I’ve filled in your form on the website I’ve emailed you and try to contact daily by telephone but no response

Recently ordered a jacket and a pair of jeans.Jacket arrived perfect and in time,however written in pen at the bottom of the invoice was as follows"sorry jeans not in stock at mo" left a message on answerphone after several unanswered calls and sent an email with no reply as yet which was sent 3 days ago.So I am currently one very unhappy customer as I purchased these jeans for my husband's birthday.If they weren't in stock why did it let carry on ordering them and I've paid for them.Hope this gets sorted out imminently however I won't hold my breath.

Very quick delivery BUT the 20% off discount code didn't work when entered (even though advertised) and you have to pay with Klarna and enter your date of birth, you have no choice which is really poor. I wouldn't have continued with the purchase but it was a gift that was specifically asked for. I will not use this website again.

Hello, We're sorry to hear of your bad experience using our website, we have no 20% off discounts running at the moment only 25% which is off of 883 Police PLC883 and 10% when you enter the code TENOFF. I have returned a top that was marked 2xxl.according to the size chart I was at the top end of xl, my usual size. I ordered the 2xxl expecting it to Bury me. It hardly fit at all, it was so small fitting. I have returned the item and requested a refund. I won't order through Facebook in future. Better to try in a store. I await my refund. It cost me £5.40 to return the item.

High quality items, but... Terrible customer service. the coupons and discounts didn't work, I tried to contact but no one had gave me any answers. Also shipping was through DHL without letting me know, which costed me a few more taxes.
