Notified the vendor on a number of occasions that they had sent the wrong address to Evri. Customer services said "the address is correct. I manually typed it myself". It got delivered to wrong address. I still dont have my item. Poor customer service.

I sent my item back and have not had a refund. Sent it on 14th February so it's been over a month. I have had no response from emails, phone calls and messages on messenger. Don't buy

Don not use Evri for delivery,has been 10 days since ordered was placed and I still haven't received my items.I continue to get strange messages such as"we could not make it to your Parcelshop" even though the order is for home delivery.

I ordered 2 items, but only one was delivered. I’ve tried calling and emailing but no response. When I phoned it goes to a voicemail, saying I’m sorry no-one can take your call at the moment and asks you to leave a message and they will call you back. Please refund me or deliver the item you’ve taken my money for!

I ordered two t-shirts which were too small therefore returned to Urban Male Clothing, No acknowledgement was sent to confirm return had been received. I emailed them 6 times over 20 days and also used their online contact form twice but got no reply. I have also phoned their number numerous times but no answer each time. In the end i had to get Paypal involved as the order was paid through them, Even after Paypal opened a case i still have had no contact from Urban Male Clothing. I will never use this company again and i would advise everyone else to avoid this company at all costs, Its not worth the hassle

Still waiting for my refund nearly 3 weeks ago they received it and it state that it will be refunded on receipt-tried several time to phone them but no one pick up the phone😡

I received the item, but tried to contact them months a go about an exchange. I finally decided to send back the item but haven't been contacted about it and its now 8 days later. Tried calling and emailing but they don't seem interested.

Returned 5 items out of 7 items on day of receipt due to fitting size issue - Email them straight after on the same day . No response in 20 days. No refunds processed. Followed up on email again - no response. Tried the number on their website . No one picks the call. Day light robbery. Order number #22812 - Refund still pending after over 20 days of returning the items. Avoid Urban Male Clothing at all costs.

I have been trying to get a refund from this company for 2 weeks. They have not responded to my emails, and have not answered the phone. They have have now blocked my number as well. This company is a disgrace, do not buy anything from them

Returned £100 of jumpers after ordering two sizes in each as want sure… phoned numerous times now - no answer. Emailed numerous times - no answer. Next stop will be to visit as I cannot afford to lose this money. I have proof of postage. Absolutely terrible service I am very upset to say the least. Seems only good reviews get an answer - let’s see if it’s true for this review too.
