“Usual no reply to e-mails, phone not answered, and no refund given. Going to report to Trading Standards, this seems to be a pattern.”

“One star too many. Am latest in long, long line of people not being refunded by this company, wish I'd looked at reviews before I made purchase. As in other cases, items sent back with proof of delivery. No answer to phone calls. and multiple e-mails unanswered. Urge you not to buy from this company.”

“Shocking customer service. Returned an unused item by special delivery back in April and still no refund. Emailed and no reply and when you try to call the phone just rings and no answer! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!”

“This company is a disgrace. I sent a return back to them recorded delivery and never got a refund. They don’t answer phone or reply to any emails. Please do not use them.”

“I wish I had read the reviews for this company before I ordered from them! It seems that they do not like to acknowledge anything that is returned. I had to send back a T-shirt as it was too small and I filled out the form asking for it to be exchanged for a larger size. This was at the end of April and since then I have emailed, NO REPLY, I have called, NO ANSWER, it just rings out. I am now going through my bank to see if I can claim the money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

“I loved the jacket but it was too small ,your item description of"the track jacket comes in a loose fit " is wrong because it convinces you to order a size down when actually it's fitted”

“I returned an item and have proof of delivery however I have heard nothing from the company and have not received my refund. The telephone rings out constantly and I can get no answer. E-mails go unanswered. Shocking customer service and tantamount to theft. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM”

“Item returned by Special delivery almost two weeks ago, no confirmation from them, no reply to my email. My concern has also been flagged up with Klarna. Item didn't fit true to size and wasn't as expected. Reading other reviews it appears they have a poor history when it comes to dealing with customers returns.”
