“Recently ordered a jacket and a pair of jeans.Jacket arrived perfect and in time,however written in pen at the bottom of the invoice was as follows"sorry jeans not in stock at mo" left a message on answerphone after several unanswered calls and sent an email with no reply as yet which was sent 3 days ago.So I am currently one very unhappy customer as I purchased these jeans for my husband's birthday.If they weren't in stock why did it let carry on ordering them and I've paid for them.Hope this gets sorted out imminently however I won't hold my breath.”

We are deeply sorry that the jeans you ordered were not in stock and that your calls and emails have gone unanswered. This sounds very frustrating, and it's unacceptable for any customer to receive this type of service. Please allow us to make things better for you. We would be more than happy to provide you with a full refund for the jeans as we tried to contact our suppliers but were unable to source more stock in time for your husbands birthday so your refund has now been processed. Again, we apologize for the trouble, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything else we can do to assist you. “Very disappointed with service - returned a coat 3 weeks ago (have proof of delivery) and still not heard anything regarding the refund. Phone isn't picked up and have left messages and sent an email - with no response. Having had to spend £11 to return the item I would really like to receive acknowledgement and the refund!”

“I wouldn't recommend buying from this shop. Never received my refund. Noone would replay to my emails or calls. Its just one of those small disquasting businesses who don't have any responsibility to their customers.”

“Ordered a coat and my order got cancelled but no mention of a refund. They’ve taken my money but not given it back but I am not receiving the order. I can’t get hold of anyone, phone just goes to voicemail. Emails ignored and called numerous of times now. Disgusting service and a scam. Don’t buy from this company.”
