“A promise of 3-5 day delivery took over 8 days after having to chase up an update regarding delivery. Item was then too small when it arrived and have to postage for returns. Not the best experience. Sorry.”

“Returned 5 items out of 7 items on day of receipt due to fitting size issue - Email them straight after on the same day . No response in 20 days. No refunds processed. Followed up on email again - no response. Tried the number on their website . No one picks the call. Day light robbery. Order number #22812 - Refund still pending after over 20 days of returning the items. Avoid Urban Male Clothing at all costs.”
