“I ordered two t-shirts which were too small therefore returned to Urban Male Clothing, No acknowledgement was sent to confirm return had been received. I emailed them 6 times over 20 days and also used their online contact form twice but got no reply. I have also phoned their number numerous times but no answer each time. In the end i had to get Paypal involved as the order was paid through them, Even after Paypal opened a case i still have had no contact from Urban Male Clothing. I will never use this company again and i would advise everyone else to avoid this company at all costs, Its not worth the hassle”
