“I ordered 2 items, but only one was delivered. I’ve tried calling and emailing but no response. When I phoned it goes to a voicemail, saying I’m sorry no-one can take your call at the moment and asks you to leave a message and they will call you back. Please refund me or deliver the item you’ve taken my money for!”

“I ordered two t-shirts which were too small therefore returned to Urban Male Clothing, No acknowledgement was sent to confirm return had been received. I emailed them 6 times over 20 days and also used their online contact form twice but got no reply. I have also phoned their number numerous times but no answer each time. In the end i had to get Paypal involved as the order was paid through them, Even after Paypal opened a case i still have had no contact from Urban Male Clothing. I will never use this company again and i would advise everyone else to avoid this company at all costs, Its not worth the hassle”
