“The sign I bought was excellent quality and looks lovely. Wasn’t impressed with the delivery by Amazon who threw it over our gate even though it was marked Fragile! Fortunately the sign was well packaged and didn’t suffer any ill effects”

“Ordered house number plate. Delivered in 9 days tho they charged delivery fee. The plate came with double tape on the back and no other fittings. I tried to reach through chat its just a bot. Emailed them the details their emails are bouncing back and not delivering. Every time I sent them an email it bounce back. Clearly a scam company!! How am I supposed to stick a number plate on a rough brick surface with double tape?”

Hi Syed, Thank you for your feedback To confirm, the sign that you have purchased doesn't come with screws, it comes with magic tape as advised in the "What's Included" section on the product page. We are sorry that you are experiencing issues adhering the sign to the installation area. I can see that my colleague has asked for a photo to be sent of the back of the sign, but unfortunately, we did not hear back from you.
