“When our sign arrived it was damaged on the corner. Presumably in transit. On contacting Sign Shop, they asked for photos which we provided. They then offered to replace the sign. No fuss, no delays, absolutely polite and helpful in every way. It's how companies respond to problems that shows quality of service. In this case, first class. Highly recommend”
