“After a misunderstanding with my order ( I was ordering the visual picture of perplex front and brushed steel at the back but misunderstood and put ‘no’ on the perplex question and only received the brushed steel part with the writing in that. Sadly, after corresponding with Nicola, she would not budge to provide me with what the picture showed on the order. It cost me £7.95 to have a clear perplex front with no writing on. Nice quality but doesn’t look right. All in all it’s cost me approximately £30 and I STILL haven’t got what a wanted ☹️”

We advise on the sign page and when opting to add a clear front panel and again when selecting your fixing option of the requirements to obtain the image shown. We then send order confirmation stating the sign details and this states that no clear panel had been added to your order. We advise on the sign page of the sign variations and advise in the description under the image of the requirements to obtain the shown image. “Had been provided with the website address by a friend. The process to select a design and add relevant detail was straight forward and easy to follow. Provided with a delivery date taking into consideration the production process. The sign arrived on the promised delivery date. Very happy with the overall level of service.”

“Purchased a slate sign for the wall adjacent the front door of our house. As well as the street number I added the street name to assist with deliveries since the house next door oddly is on the end of another street. It looks very smart, is good quality and is certainly worth the investment. The only thing I wished I had done is specify a larger font size for the street name, but this product is certainly worth 5 stars.”
