“Made an order and I was given a different colour and you guys have refused to refund my money. Very poor customer service, they keep going the circle asking same question. Very bad experience with your shop. See below picture the circled one was the colour I ordered but you gave me the other one, insisting that they are the same, when I don’t have colour blindness.”

Hi Thank you for leaving a review. From looking into this, it appears that you wanted a refund based on the back panel being grey when you believed you had ordered black. However, the order clearly states acrylic dark grey which is shown on the live preview on our website and on your order confirmation. We did offer you an exchange if you wished to change the back panel to black, and asked you to return the unwanted back panel and we would arrange a replacement black panel and dispatch it to you free of charge. However, this offer was not accepted, but we are more than happy to honor this exchange if you change your mind. Kind Regards, UK Sign Shop

“I bought the sign for my sister's birthday. She said it was lovely and said a neighbour was going to put it up for her. She hasn't said that he's done it yet as I want a photo of it when it's done.”

“Bought as a moving in gift, we were delighted with the quality and value for money. The sign looks absolutely beautiful and we were able to buy a much larger one than we’d anticipated as the cost was so much lower. Loved how we could actually see what the sign would look like as we built it on the website. Great service all round. Highly recommended.”
